I know the thing

One specific task. A person reads it before anyone else sees it. If you do not know what to say, that is a question, not a request.

A request needs an account, so there is somebody to reach and somebody who can take it down. There is no password. Reading the library does not need one.

Open requests

Oldest first. The one that has waited longest is the one somebody most needs done.

Nothing open. A request waits here after a person has read it.
