The questions a library cannot answer

Three hundred specific things to do, and none of them tells you what to say to a colleague whose mum has died, or what to bring, or whether to mention it at all. Those answers are in people.

The more specific it is, the more likely somebody can answer it. “What do I say to a colleague whose mum died?” gets a useful answer. “How do I be kind?” does not.
