BeingKind

Share it rather than commenting on it

A comment reaches the person. A share reaches the audience they are actually trying to find.

Why it lands

For anyone trying to sell something, fill an event or find a home for a rescue dog, reach is the entire problem. Comments feel supportive and do almost nothing for it; a share puts the thing in front of a different network. People default to commenting because it is more sociable, which means the cheap, high-value action is systematically under-supplied.

How

Share it with one line saying why you are vouching for it, which is what makes your network pay attention. For a fundraiser or a lost pet, share it again a week later — the second share reaches people who missed it, and almost nobody does it.

Nobody has marked this one yet. You could be the first.
