Why it lands
Bureaucratic and medical processes are opaque in ways that are unevenly costly — people with money buy advice and everyone else guesses. A first-hand account of what actually happened, in order, with timings and the parts that went wrong, is more useful than official guidance because official guidance describes the intended process rather than the real one.

Write it as a sequence with dates: what you sent, how long it took, what they asked for that was not on the list. Say what you would do differently. Put it somewhere searchable rather than in a closed group, and say when you wrote it so people can judge whether it is stale.
