Why it lands
The hidden job in caring is case management — chasing referrals, repeating the history, holding on the phone to people who have not read the file. It is the part that produces the most rage and the least visible result. Taking on one relationship entirely, so that it simply stops appearing on their list, is more useful than helping with many things occasionally.

Pick one — the pharmacy, the equipment service, the school — and become the named contact with the carer's written permission. Keep a log of every call. Report only outcomes, not every step, so it does not become another thing they have to follow.
